Luckily I walked into Strathfield Dry Cleaners and the staff were very friendly and assured me they could meet my deadline. I was served by Alex who was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive, making sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. The team at Strathfield Dry Cleaners happily took our clothing and within days we were able to pick up all our items. A lot of our items were designer and so we were worried they would be damaged but each item was as good as new… even my Down Puffer Jacket. We were told by other dry cleaners in the past that the items we had were really hard to clean (which I think was an excuse to not do a good job). But Strathfield Dry Cleaners went above and beyond. The man is so nice, experienced and professional. He saved my new coat from being thrown away after being stained from another dry-cleaner. This is the only dry cleaner I will ever use now.The shop is very clean and organised.(BTW: other dry cleaners told me the dark stains will never be removed and to just accept that it was ruined. He restored it back to perfect)
